Feeding & breastfeeding
Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, introducing solids and the transitions between them can develop in a way that suits your baby and family life.
The first year
So much changes in the first year – sometimes quietly, sometimes almost every day. I am here for questions about feeding, sleep, developmental milestones, breastfeeding and your new family life.
Discuss your questionsGuidance without pressure
Each new developmental step can bring uncertainties. Together, we look at your situation, make sense of the information and find practical solutions for daily life. There is always room for your own observations and decisions.
Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, introducing solids and the transitions between them can develop in a way that suits your baby and family life.
We talk about sleep, unsettled phases, the need for closeness and what may help ease the pressure on your family.
Every child develops at their own pace. I help you make sense of what you observe and find the right professional support if needed.
There is also room for your questions, uncertainties and the changes you experience as parents – without judgement or rigid expectations.
Personal and attentive
Some topics need time, a closer look and a calm conversation. I listen and help you work out what you need right now.
If a medical, therapeutic or other specialist assessment would be helpful, we discuss this openly. My care complements your child’s scheduled paediatric check-ups; it does not replace them.
